Welcome to the Sweet Home Fire & Ambulance District. We are a combination fire department with many unique
operational challenges throughout our entire district. We respond to approximately 159 square miles for fire protection
and have over 1000 square miles in our ambulance service area.
Our department responds to these service areas with a very experienced, dedicated, highly trained staff of 55 Volunteer
EMT/Firefighters and 10 career Paramedic/Firefighters responding out of four stations. We are committed to providing
excellent customer service to the citizens of our district and to all visitors of Sweet Home, Oregon and East Linn County.
We maintain a 4/8B ISO rating throughout the district.
